La Ferme du Bec Hellouin is a successful small-scale farm run by Perrine and Charles Hervé-Gruyer. Learn about producing organic vegetables in their 1-day course, Introduction to Permaculture and Ecoculture, at the farm in Normandy, France.

In this 1-day course, you will be given an introduction to the production of vegetables using the bio-intensive methods developed at the farm, the two main principles being permaculture and ecoculture. The course, which is delivered in English, provides attendees with the tools and knowledge needed to apply these techniques to their own projects.

Why we love it

We love this course because spending time on a successful, small-scale farm is really the most inspiring way to get into food production! The course is only 1 day long, so it is not a huge commitment of time, and you might have time to enjoy some of the other beautiful spots in this region of France!
